We provide high quality, affordable homes for rent throughout Northern Ireland and help facilitate home ownership for people who are not in a position to purchase a home outright.

We believe that housing is about people and our focus is our customers. We want to make a positive difference to our tenants’ lives and invest in neighbourhoods to create places where people are proud to live and raise their families and where they can prosper.

was first registered with Department of the Environment on 4th March 1977

  • Homes for single people
  • Housing for older people
  • Independent living for older people
  • Housing with care for frail older people

  • Supported housing for people with enduring mental health problems and learning disabilities
  • Hostels providing temporary refuge for women and their children suffering abuse within the home
  • Group housing for Irish Travellers

has a turnover of £29 million

was accredited with the Quality Standard ISO 9002 on 12th February 1996

was successfully upgraded to the new standard ISO 9001:2000 in 2003

was accredited with the Centre for Housing and Support Code of Practice in December 2010
