Best Value

Best Value is a process through which the Association aims to continuously improve the services its provides to its customers - a Best Value Forum has been formed to oversee this process across the Association.

The Association has prepared a Five Year Action Plan which specifies those areas of our work that will be subject to review – if anyone would like to find out details of service reviews that have taken place, or service areas that will be subject to a Best Value Review, please contact the Association’s Communications and Health and Safety Officer, Jim Pow.

The following Best Value reviews have been completed to date:-

  • Treasury Management
  • Risk Management
  • Neighbour Nuisance
  • Complaints
  • Pets
  • Rent Arrears
  • Approval of purchase invoices
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Provision of financial information to internal users
