Employability

In partnership with Women’sTEC, we run an employability programme called SPEC: Supporting People Empowering Community. Through this programme we deliver a range of sampling programmes and accredited courses.

To participate on our SPEC programme you must be unemployed, or working less than 16 hours per week.

All training is carried out in a supportive environment and advice is provided on progression to further training, employment, self-employment or volunteering.
