Development Screening Form

The Association operates a range of policies to assist and guide staff on matters which may arise during their employment. This includes policies on maternity, paternity, adoption, whistleblowing, transfer, equal opportunities, dignity at work, work life balance, alcohol and drugs, remuneration, annual leave, flexible working, learning and development, managing attendance and code of conduct.

Staff Exit Screening Form

The Association operates a range of policies when staff leave employment. This includes Redundancy and Redeployment, Retirement, Pension and Exit Interviews. Discipline and Absence are being screened separately under Staff Engagement. Termination of employment can arise in 3 main circumstances: 1) s a result of sickness / capability; 2) Dismissal as a result of disciplinary action; and 3) termination when a probation period is not confirmed.
