The Investors in People assessment confirmed that Clanmil is built on a strong foundation of dedicated people. Welcoming the award, Clare McCarty, Group Chief Executive at Clanmil, said: "Clanmil's greatest strength is its people.

"We have a fantastic team of people who are truly passionate about providing great homes and services that matter and we really understand the value in helping them develop and realise their full potential.

"Meeting the requirements of the Investors in People standard is a great achievement, exceeding it and being reaccredited at silver level is something we are really proud of.

"Clanmil's success depends on getting our organisational culture right. Investors in People helps organisations like ours listen to our people, recognise what we're doing well and where we need to improve. We now have a three-year road map to help us build on our offer to staff and ensure we retain our talented people and attract others who can help us deliver for the people who live in our homes. We're excited to continue to listen and improve."

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: "We'd like to congratulate Clanmil Housing. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, and an organisation committed to achieving success by realising the potential of their people.
