Ways to Pay Your Rent



By Direct Debit

Direct DebitYou can set up a Direct Debit for payments weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or calendar month please contact us on 028 90 876 000 and select option 2.



By payment card

PaypointYou can pay your rent using your rent payment card where you see the Pay Point sign.



By Telephone

TelephoneIf you have a Debit or Credit card you can make payments via the phone on 028 90 876 000 and select option 2.



Online

OnlineYou can make one off payments by using your PC, laptop or mobile device. Contact us on 028 90876 000 and select option 2 for information on how to set this up.



By Cash or Cheque to the office

Cash or ChequeYou can call at Clanmil offices or send a cheque or postal order to our Head office. Never send cash in the post. You need to allow three days for your payment to reach us in time.



Housing Benefit

If you are unemployed or on a low income, you may be entitled to financial help with paying your rent. You can check your entitlement by logging on to www.entitledto.co.uk.
