By Direct Debit

Direct DebitDirect Debit - You can set up a Direct Debit for payments weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or calendar month.



Allpay App

AllpayYou can pay your rent easily using our Allpay app which is available to download via the following link http://www.allpay.net/allpay-payment-app.



Online

OnlineOnline - You can make payments by using your PC, laptop or mobile device via the following link https://www.allpayments.net/Allpayments/Signin.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fallpayments.



By payment card

PaypointYou can pay your rent using your rent payment card where you see the Pay Point sign.



By Telephone

TelephoneTelephone If you have a Debit card you can make one-off payments via the phone on 028 9087 6000 and select option 2. We also offer a recurring card payment service which is an easier, convenient and more secure way to make regular payments. Please note that we cannot accept Credit card payments.



By Cash or Cheque to the office

Cash or ChequeYou can send a cheque or postal order to our Head Office. Never send cash in the post. You need to allow three days for your payment to reach us in time.

If you wish to set up a direct debit or discuss any of our payment options please contact us on 028 9087 6000 and select option 2.



Housing Benefit

If you are unemployed or on a low income, you may be entitled to financial help with paying your rent. You can check your entitlement by logging on to www.entitledto.co.uk.
