Complaints Policy

Read our Complaints Policy here

Some examples of things you can complain about:

  • Dissatisfaction with standards or the quality of our services
  • Delays in responding to enquiries or not acting on a request for a service
  • Poor staff attitude or performance e.g. not calling back or responding to enquiries
  • Failure to follow our agreed policies, procedures, legislation or contractual obligations without good reason

How we will Deal with your Complaint

When we receive your complaint, we will respond within 3 days to confirm that we have received it. We will respond with a solution within 10 working days.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, sometimes a response may not be possible within 10 working days. Where this is the case, we will advise you, and keep in regular contact with you, until the complaint is resolved.
