Brookfield Mill, 309-355 Crumlin Road, Belfast BT14 7EA

Completed in 2022 this scheme involved the complete refurbishment of the iconic linen mill building originally constructed in the 1850’s. This resulted in the provision of 77 new homes, including a range of duplex houses and apartments. The design respects and retains much of the old character of the building and includes a modern new rooftop design, with apartments enjoying views across Belfast.
